Campin' or is it Glampin' ?

Howdy kittens...i couldn't wait to show you gals all these adorable set ups... this picture is from my lil' 1953 Field & Stream...check out how cute my lil' neighbor is...sweet lil' Liza Jane a compact Shasta trailer...and that shiny lil' silver steam trailer in the back is so beautiful... now this is campin' my cute lil' awning is up...i've got my vintage lookin' lawn chairs...my 50's pink Colman cooler & my 50's pink kitchen cart for a hand washing...awww...i was ready for a lil' western dry campin'
Now outside we set up yummy treats and goodies....of coarse mine are Twinkies and cupcakes,& canisters of m&m's...i had my 50's pink Colman water jug holdin' flowers...& lots of black, polka dot, & pink melmac plates...everything handy for quick snackin'

now gals check out this amazing lil' set up...can you see what this is...

amazing idea...adorable wash up station...now look close...can you guess...

...and an soft comfy bed...an air bed...inside a tent!!! can you believe this is a tent...i couldn't believe how great a tent can look!
now on with the show...some snap shots of cutie pie trailers...
now this western theme is in a 50's silver stream...

look at the seats...so beautiful
this Bambi airstream has a bathroom...

now take a peek inside this ...

I feel like i'm at a bed and breakfast cottage...

everyone has a water station for washing up...this one is so adorable...
now some sassitude...

the bar...

dontcha' wanna sit a spell and have a drink...

Ahh my baby chick & my cutie trailer agian. You've gotta know that i love that we really take my lil cupcake trailer out to camp(dry camp at that)...it was so much fun...we fit in it like a glove & giggle that whole families would camp in trailers this size in the 50's...we enjoyed that we felt like we were in a lil' play house...
that made this a special trip, miss baby chick's first time campin' or glampin' in lil cupcake. Usually there are no kiddos, critters, or misters invited to sister trips so i was excited they got to come to this one. Baby chick had her cowgirl boots on , one of my hand dyed vintage slips & her pearls...she was ready!
she enjoyed herself & found a lil' friend...sweet shelby girl who had a pink scarf

So indeed it was very special to have her with me...she got to see wonderful women do things on their own...like hitchin' up a trailer and hittin' the open road...she herself ran the whole show from starting the fire, learnin' to barter stuff and dutch oven cookin' it was a great trip...
thanks kittens for swingin' by to check out some cutie pie trailer goodness...and the beautiful Arizona sky...till next time gals...happy trails to you...Cat

Am new to your blog. So love your vintage camper. Grew up on camping and boating on a cabin cruiser, complete with stove, sink, potty, sleeping cushions with a hatch to peek out of, this was the late 50' 60's. Alot of tent camping with our kids in the 80's, 90's. Such great family fun. Great memories. These campers are adorable...and even the tent...OMG! Loved all the pics...thanks to all you blog girls for sharing.

Your set up is terrific! I have a 1964 Dodge Motorhome named Myrtle, that we take out for some retro camping. We filled her interior with great vintage finds. Have you seen the new vintage caravan book? "My Cool Campervan" Book, written by Jane Field-Lewis & Chris Haddon. The book is a follow up to "My Cool Caravan: An inspirational Guide to Retro Style Caravans."

I would love to own a vintage travel trailer, but in the meantime, I'm glad to see that you can go on a Sisters on the Fly trip in a tent - that glamped up one is just gorgeous!

Love your blog!
