OOOOH, WHATA WEEK! & A DAILY OUTFIT Too!

AAAAAAHHHHH! what a week, this kitten is glad it is kinda over...so much fuss and sass...oh but you know this kitten had a blast...and i hope you all had such a rocken' week...that you felt great about yourselves and that your big daddy's enjoyed a sassy you...our week was none stop...so lets chit chat...

first a lil' daily outfit...this is my wonderful 1950's black eyelet dress...ooh i love the classic comfy style and the black eyelet makes me feel sweet...double layered for a lil' full swingy-ness...

this sweet dress is really a favorite of mine...kinda lady like with a lil' sweetness...i love it! next this is my new 1950's clear Bakelite necklace...ooh isn't it dreamy a valentines gift from daddy-0! i love that it is clear so i can wear it with a lot of different dresses...next a small yellow daisy brooch...and hair flower...

next my 1940's black double bow wedgies bought at remix...boy these lil' dancin shoes got a turn this week...as part of this valentines daddy-o came home each and every day with a new place for us to go dancing...WOW! every day...yup...boy i'm tired and a few times i fussed but he tried so hard...so i got on board...he was soooo funny & excited at all the places he found...we had such a blast together...but one night...

...one night was special...this club was an invitation only club...yep it was here at my home...you see one night i didn't feel so great...we'll my lil' chicks made us a club in our home as a valentines surprise...while daddy-o grabbed me a couple of chick flicks and some yummy take out...they were working hard to set up a special night club...we were met with instructions to get dressed and they ushered us down to...

{a bad photo but the sentiment was sooooo right}...a four coarse meal including pizza...a beautiful table...1920's music...our wedding glasses...and soft candle light...what a sweet valentines surprise...

this is one of the cutest waitresses...miss ray brought us coarse by course...she was so professional...and very accommodating...she played it soooo good...it was one of those life moments when you want time to stop and take a memory photo!

so to say the least it was a wonderful valentines week...lots of cards, yummy vintage finds, and thoughtfulness & sweetness to make your heart flutter...but not just for me...you see daddy-o has three girls...they 2 got spoiled with flowers, candy, and....well one lil' chick...got really spoiled...

this is miss pink poodle...our 16 year old lil' chicky...and daddy-o made sure her valentines was very special...ooooh whata week indeed...

this is her new car! yes a lucky kitten indeed...miss God's pink poodle...is such a modest lil' kitten...we have been wanting her to get her licence and to start driving...well for over a year she has not wanted to...
" i am not responsible enough "she would say...well....as a momma kitten sometimes you have to help them along...push them out of the nest a lil' bit
well miss sweet poodle...finally got her licence and now she has a car...she was so surprised that she couldn't stand up! she cried for a hour...saying she didn't deserve it!
her meekness...blesses our lives. And her being a very very good girl & wonderful student with a servants heart...it blessed us so much to bless her! she does deserve it!

so to say the least that was only some of the goings on in this kittens sassy valentines week
...i hope you all were treated and treated yourselves with lots of sass-a-tude! thanks for swingin by...cat~

Love your dress! And the necklace! And the flowers in your dress and hair!!!!
Your Big Daddy is a very special guy. Lucky you! :)
Our oldest is turning 16 this year. So I guess he'll be getting his drivers licence as well. I must admit, I'm a bit nervous about it. Seems like yesterday we were driving him home from the hospital when he was born. :(

I'm not sure if we'll be getting the second vehicle this year or not. Our second one is 14 so he's right on his heels. Perhaps we'll wait a year.

I'm so happy that you had such a lovely Valentines week! You definatly deserve it chickie! Thanks for sharing it all with us.

Wow, you did have a busy week! I love to dance to, and don't go often enough. What a special Valentine's week you had. No wonder you were tired. Your daughter is adorable and she'll be fine, just say a prayer for her when she leaves the house. Hehe Your eyelet dress is beautiful, too.

That eyelet dress is so cute. I have a white one with collar and hook and eyes all down the front.

Your pizza dinner and waitresses was TOO sweet.

ummmm Hi...all i can say is WOW..i think i finally found a blog i can follow religously LOL =))
i only follow 3-5 blogs on a regular basis..others off and on, yours will be a regular stop dear kitten :) MEOW :) lol
i feel like you kitten that life is there for as a gift from God and we should cherish it and love our family, men in our lives and our God first of all..I read a lot of your blog posts, i read up to about December of last year and i still can't get enough..YOU are so original so different! so down to earth and so you!!

NEVER NEVER allow anyone to change you and your style..i love your style, you are like a breath of fresh air :))

I love the many photos of you :) so classy and so vintage I just love everything about your blog :)

and even though i don't wear vintage clothes..you MAKE me want to buy a nice old fashioned dress and wear it in my life..i only have like 2 dresses and a few skirts, but i'm most of the time a jeans/pants kinda gal..but i love YOUR style so much!! =))

AND i love the old shows as well =))

especially I love Lucy and other older shows like Full House :)

well i better go..lol sorry this was so long hun!

time for this kitten*me* to get to bed...need my beauty rest :)

p.s. I am single, so if you could pray for me to be more patient about being single and finding a guy in God's timing and ONLY in God's timing..whenever that is, would be amazing..just pray that i don't pursue any man (friend) in my life..that i let him be a friend and if he is the one then he'll pursue me in due time.

Basically in gist, just pray for discernment and for me to be patient in the Lord's will :)

thanks so much for your wonderful blog!
